1 out of 5 starsThis item was ordered in order to match previous orders, however it didn't aside from color. The extension from the drawer face was shorter than previous orders, the mounting screws didn't fit and required a nut to space it correctly, the bird itself was different than the others and while the colors were accurate the finish one one was not like I had previously ordered (smooth shiny vs. flat and rough).

With the little birdie knobs, it is hard to match up previous orders. I prefer to include all birds in one order so that I know that everything will match up. I contacted to customer and tried to correct the problem. She said she would keep what she had. Whenever there is an issue, I like to make sure I do everything to correct the problem.
